6 "All I can say is what a beautiful course!!! This was my first time in Ithaca and it was gorgeous. Running the Black Diamond Trail and the Cayuga Waterfront Trail is absolutely perfect for this race. Then to top it off by running past Ithaca Falls and finishing in downtown was awesome. The race is so laid back, which I think gave it some of its charm. I think I found my new favorite Half Marathon!!!" Sharing your Stories Maximized Newsletters In the spring of 2017, we shifted our newsletters to Monday morning and changed our updates so that we could offer you more content than ever before. Because of this shift, we were able to nearly quaduple the amount of member stories, events and news featured in 2016! Shop Local: Prioritizing our Economy In the fall of 2017, the Chamber promoted Shop Local once again. We featured local business owners and retailers speaking about the importance of shopping locally on the radio as well as running digital advertising and sending six Shop Local emails, featuring 25 individual businesses.
