Tompkins Connect is a network of young
professionals that is fiscally sponsored by
the Tompkins Chamber Foundation and free
to join. Their mission is to connect young
professionals and emerging leaders through
networking, community building, and
volunteerism in Tompkins County. In 2025,
the group hosted a number of networking
and community building events, and once
again handed out its Fab 5 Awards.
Ithaca Pride Alliance creates, uplis, and
promotes safe, inclusive, accommodating,
educational, and accessible spaces for the
LGBTQ+ community in Tompkins County.
In 2025, the Ithaca Pride Alliance created
a multi-day Pride festival and supported
the Pride events of others, hosted the
All Y'all Clothing Swap and developed a
community calendar for LGBTQ+ events.
