Their mission is to connect young professionals and emerging leaders through networking, community building, and volunteerism in Tompkins County. In 2025, the group hosted a number of networking and community building events, and once again handed out its Fab 5 Awards. Ithaca Pride Alliance creates, uplis, and promotes safe, inclusive, accommodating, educational, and accessible spaces for the LGBTQ+ community in Tompkins County. In 2025, the Ithaca Pride Alliance created a multi-day Pride festival and supported the Pride events of others, hosted the All Y'all Clothing Swap and developed a community calendar for LGBTQ+ events.
