The Chamber and United Way continue to partner as sponsors of
this fantastic group of young professionals. Tompkins Connect holds
monthly networking sessions, effectively recruits new members, spon-

resource to support workforce recruitment efforts county-wide.
Fab 5 Young Professionals Awards
The first ever Fab 5 Young Professionals Awards were held in 2016,
sponsored by Tompkins Trust Company, and supported in large part
by work of the Chamber staff. Recognizing five noteworthy young
professionals in categories such as business leader, non-profit leader,
entrepreneur, volunteer, and "rookie of the year", these awards are a
great way to celebrate our ambitious young professional workforce.
