New York Sun for commercial and industrial
facilities is a performance-based (incentive
payments are based upon annual energy pro-
duction) program for solar electric systems
over 200 kilowatts (kW). e program is based
around Megawatt (MW) Blocks, which vary by
region and decline as they are spent down.
