Our team participated in 22 off-site engagements, reaching nearly 14,650 people. Events took place on college campuses, at conferences, Ithaca Artist Market, and more! Additionally, the team held two Virtual Ithaca 101s with admitted students at Ithaca College and for attendees at the Museum Association of New York conference. Webchats: The Visitor Experience team handled 1,117 webchats in 2025. Top chat topics included: events, waterfalls/hiking, attractions, and restaurants.
